In recognition of its gender development strides, AWLO has chosen Rwanda as this year’s host of African Women in Leadership Conference. We are committed to driving change through partnerships for sustainable development, and have identified shared values with Rwanda.

    If 1% of Computer Science students graduating from the African Universities secure jobs in their chosen career, because they are not adequately prepared,then l am afraid seminars will not create greater impact for acceleration rather we should involve the universities in any kind of training so they can better prepare our students for the needed performances, considering the huge numbers that pass out each year.
